Who we are

This website, brucebrooklofts.com, advertises commercial space for rent at Bruce Brook Lofts, 1313 Connecticut Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06607. Leasing is handled by AMS Real Estate and the building is managed by McCarthy Associates LLC. You can reach us at leasing@brucebrooklofts.com.

Information you give us

If you send us a message through the contact or leasing inquiry forms, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (leasing form only) and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about leasing a space. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Messages are delivered to our leasing email inbox and kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our business records.

Spam protection (reCAPTCHA)

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google to determine whether a submission comes from a person or a bot. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Google reCAPTCHA, when loaded on pages with a form, may set its own cookies as described in Google's policies.

Third-party content

Some pages load content from other services, and those services may receive your IP address and browser information when the content loads:

  • Rentec Direct provides our live list of available spaces on the Leasing page, and hosts the Tenant Login portal.
  • YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) provides the tour videos on some pages.
  • Google Maps is linked for directions; nothing is loaded from Google Maps unless you follow the link.
  • Firebase / Google Cloud hosts this website and processes form submissions. Standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) may be kept by the hosting provider for security and operations.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct or delete information you have sent us by emailing leasing@brucebrooklofts.com. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as Social Security or financial account numbers, in the contact forms.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
